Unforgettable live event moments, captured and printed on uncoated paper.

According to Frontier, “Live Magazine offers smart distillations of stimulating gatherings.” What does that mean? Well, for each issue Frontier assembles a new team of editors, writers, writers, photographers, and illustrators to create a print magazine that, “gives readers insight into the event’s most powerful ideas and conversations.”

Frontier sets up a pop-up design studio at the event and invites attendees to participate while creating posters and other ephemera as the event unfolds.

Back in October 2018, Frontier captured the people and unforgettable moments of RGD’s DesignThinkers in Toronto. This issue of Live Magazine was created around DesignThinkers as it unfolded giving attendees behind the scenes context, unconventional insights and a tangible, tactile takeaway from the days’ events.
