- Ground shipments will ship within 2 business days.
- Same day delivery is excluded for LTL and Freight Policy/Pool shipments.
- On occasion, you will see an alert message when adding items to your cart that require an additional 2-4 days for handling time prior to shipping.
- Sample orders of more than 20 lines may take an additional 2 business days to service.
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
- We do not offer Saturday deliveries.
Order Cut-Off Times
The order cut-off time varies depending on the items you're ordering and the shipping method you choose.
Samples and broken cartons of paper and envelopes from the Waterford, NY warehouse:

- FedEx Express/Ground: 1:00 PM EST
“In stock” cartons from Eastern/New York Warehouse:
- UPS: 1:00 PM EST
- FedEx Express/Ground: 1:00 PM EST
- LTL: 1:00 PM EST
