Milan, Italy, May 6, 2025 – Fedrigoni Special Papers will showcase a curated collection of papers specifically chosen for the North American market. The new collection features over 80 items and aims to set a new standard for brand owners, designers, converters, and printers for inspired creative communications and luxury packaging designs.
As a key component of the comprehensive Fedrigoni Range, the North American Collection will showcase a carefully curated selection of colors, textures, and fiber compositions. This offering aligns with current market trends, providing a sensory-rich experience that captivates designers and end-users alike. The collection includes:
Materica: Extremely versatile pulp-colored papers and boards made with 40% CTMP fibers, 25% pure environmentally friendly fibers, 25% recycled material, and 10% cotton fibers. The fiber blend creates a high bulk sheet with a beautiful touch.
Mistral: A timeless decorative paper characterized by classic elegance. It has a very delicate and distinguished texture of fine embossing on both sides.
Imitlin: A range of embossed papers made from high-strength, FSC® certified virgin fibers. With solid, lightfast colors and an anti-fingerprint treatment, the range boasts high abrasion resistance and excellent tear and folding strength. The color palate is as unique as the embossing patterns including new Diana with a hammered leather look.
Sirio Color & Ultra Black: Colored papers that are brilliant, intense, uniform, and highly lightfast representing the benefits of the Fedrigoni color making process.. Pure ECF and FSC® certified.
Symbol Tatami in offset and digital sizes: Compact yet refined, and available in white and ivory colors. Symbol Tatami is a high bulk paper with a coated matte finish.
X-per in offset and digital sizes: A compromise between the excellent print yield of coated papers and the unmistakable feel of uncoated papers. X-Per is the FSC® certified line of papers and boards. A special treatment on both sides, X-Per is firm to the touch, and allows sharp and brilliant digital printing results.
The North American Collection is accompanied by a range of unique marketing tools – including a stunning slipcase, a dedicated swatch book for reviewing each of the papers offered, and a waterfall of the papers to showcase the range of colors and weights. Two inspirational pieces will also showcase the papers in unique applications and finishing techniques. The North American Collection will be stocked in North America and distributed through Lindenmeyr Munroe, Kelly Spicers, and Spicers Canada.
