As wet snowflakes begin to slap against the windows, at least here in the northeast, we're imagining sinking into a luxurious cushion on the deck of a cruise ship. Overhead, a modern umbrella blocks the sun and keeps the ice in our cocktails from melting.  

And that umbrella of our daydreams? It's made by Tuuci — a global outdoor furniture company that specializes in artful shade solutions. Originated in Miami, Florida, Tuuci takes inspiration from the port city’s environment and heritage.

Tuuci knows materials matter. So when they decided to develop a cookbook celebrating their Miami roots as a gift for friends of the company, they turned to Mohawk. Taste of Tuuci's pages are Mohawk Superfine Smooth, Ultrawhite, 80 Cover (Beautiful Collection), printed by Adams Lithographing in Chattanooga, TN and chosen to show off the beautifully photographed foods inside while standing up to a kitchen environment.

Tuuci asked chefs, bakers, and mixologists at some of Miami's most prestigious restaurants to share their most knock-your-socks-off recipes for the book, and they delivered. So whether you're craving the perfect taco, Nutella-stuffed French toast, or just a really decadent Bloody Mary—there's a treat for everyone in the pages of this visual feast.
