As 2015 comes to an end, there is no better way to thank customers, colleagues and friends then with a warm, holiday greeting. This year, Mohawk’s holiday card celebrates the heritage and legacy of our Superfine grade.

Mohawk’s 2015 holiday card was designed by Jennifer Wilkerson of Aurora Design. The card pairs Mohawk’s logo pattern with a vintage  brush script and features four color variations which mimic the colorful lights we see this time of year.

Wilkerson shares her design inspiration: “I set out to create a design which built off Mohawk’s branding in a way that felt festive and fun. In preparation, I looked at photographs that felt celebratory. In particular, I focused on a group of photos I shot last winter in Chicago of colorful holiday lights. Many included intentional blurring and bokeh effect which created crazy fields of bright colors.”

“The brush script has a nice, vintage feel. As I worked with the wonderful logo pattern developed by Pentagram, I began developing color ways that carried forward the vintage modern character of the type.”
